Patone App

I few months ago, I found the Pantone app in my app store.  Being a graphic designer, the app appealed to me.  The expensive price tag stopped me from downloading it.   It was $7.99 and I thought it would be a little silly to pay that much for an app, being apps are usually only 99 cents.

About a month ago, I received a $25 gift certificate for my app store, so I figured this was the perfect time to try out a few apps that I have been too stingy to try out.  This first app on my list was the Pantone app.

This is the features that I found on the app:

When you first open it, you can pick any color group and see it as a fan deck.

Nicole Miller Calendar

I started seeing the new line of Nicole Miller office products on blogs and reviews at the end of last year.  So for this coming year, I got a calendar from her line to use at work.   Being that I work in an office I usually make my own agenda that I make with special field specific for tasks at work.  But this year, I was busy and lazy so when I was browsing agendas for the upcoming year, the Nicole Miller planners really caught by eye.  All of the planners and calendars are formatted really cute with fashions fonts.

I’ve been using it for a month, I haven’t really used the two page spread with the full week, because I don’t really have time sensitive appointments during the week.  I have used and filled in all my upcoming events for the year in the two page monthly spread.  It is also more fun to use it because it is cute.  Overall I love it and probably will buy one next year.
